Futu US Inc. is seeking a Junior Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our fintech marketing team in Jersey City. This role focuses on executing co-branded activations, content production, and campaign analysis across marketing, design, and business teams.

You will help launch campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery. In-office work is required, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of marketing experience (internships or early-career roles welcome).
• Interest in investing, financial markets, or fintech is a big plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats, supporting brand strategy, creative execution, and campaign analysis.
• Analytical mindset with interest in using data and performance insights to inform marketing decisions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate strategic direction into clear marketing deliverables.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic and global marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Launch and manage marketing campaigns across Out of Home, Social, Digital, TV, Audio and more, coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Maintain campaigns by tracking timelines and cross-functional deliverables.
• Coordinate internal compliance and legal reviews to meet brand and regulatory guidelines.
