The role requires 8+ years in tech delivery and 3+ years of leadership, with strong SQL and data-focused expertise. You will shape roadmaps, manage priorities, mentor staff, and oversee governance, risk, and documentation to align with enterprise

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, business systems, data platforms, or related roles within a regulated industry.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and delivery initiatives.
• Experience supporting SDLC activities, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, data flows, and operational support.
• Experience with Agile delivery, release management, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, support, and modernization of insurance technology platforms and data solutions.
• Oversee platform roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans with stakeholders.
• Coach and develop technical teams, manage workload, and provide performance feedback.
• Serve as the primary technology partner for insurance business teams and ensure readiness.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, data privacy, and risk management.
