We are seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to drive strategic execution and operational excellence across multiple complex programs. This role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in program governance, business transformation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning program execution with business objectives, optimizing processes, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program & Portfolio Leadership

  1. Lead and manage a portfolio of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, business priorities, and financial objectives.
  2. Drive end-to-end program execution, from planning and stakeholder alignment to delivery, implementation, and post-launch optimization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to drive strategic initiatives.
  4. Establish and enhance governance frameworks, ensuring visibility into program performance, dependencies, and risks.

Business Transformation & Process Optimization

  1. Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce complexity, and enhance operational efficiency.
  2. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize program execution, monitor KPIs, and drive strategic decision-making.
  3. Oversee change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the organization.
  4. Promote end-to-end thinking and risk mitigation strategies across individual projects and the broader portfolio.

Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication

  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations and ensuring business objectives are met.
  2. Prepare and present program updates, performance reports, and risk assessments to executive stakeholders.
  3. Lead enablement, release strategies, and go-to-market execution, ensuring smooth transitions from development to operations.

People Leadership & Organizational Development

  1. Mentor and develop program managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on execution excellence.
  2. Define and implement best practices in program management, governance, and reporting.
  3. Support resource planning, talent development, and team enablement initiatives to strengthen program execution capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

  1. 10+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or business transformation, with a strong background in software, technology, or services industries.
  2. Proven track record of leading large-scale programs, driving operational efficiency, and delivering high-impact business outcomes.
  3. Strong process improvement and change management expertise, with a focus on governance and execution excellence.
  4. Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments, collaborating with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  5. Data-driven decision-maker with expertise in KPI monitoring, reporting, and executive communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Industry certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
  3. Experience with enterprise transformation, SaaS platforms, and cloud-based solutions.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
