Learn more about how we deliver excellence for our customers and colleagues at DXC.com.

At DXC, we use the power of technology to deliver mission-critical IT services that our customers need to modernize operations and drive innovation across their entire IT estate. We provide services across the Enterprise Technology Stack for business process outsourcing, insurance, analytics and engineering, applications, security, cloud, IT outsourcing, and modern workplace.

Our DXC Insurance Services help our customers optimize and transform operations, lower costs, and increase agile new channels for growth. Our people, technology, and best practices improve and automate highly complex business processes in middle and back offices—while facilitating customer experience transformation.

We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager to join our Insurance Product Engineering organization. This role will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving high-priority initiatives across a global software portfolio. You will be at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, ensuring that complex programs are delivered with precision, agility, and impact.

If you thrive in fast-moving environments, are comfortable with ambiguity, and can drive clarity through leadership and execution, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Program & Portfolio Leadership
  • Own and drive a portfolio of cross-functional programs aligned to business and product strategy.
  • Lead full program lifecycle: scope definition, planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to ensure initiatives are coordinated and impactful.
  • Design and implement governance frameworks that provide visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery health.
  • Business Transformation & Process Optimization
  • Champion continuous improvement across systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce complexity.
  • Leverage KPIs and data analytics to track execution, surface insights, and guide decision-making.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Apply risk management thinking to anticipate challenges and build mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication
  • Act as a strategic partner and advisor to senior leadership, translating business needs into executable plans.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality updates, dashboards, and readouts tailored for executive audiences.
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities, release readiness, and operational transitions for new initiatives.
  • People Leadership & Organizational Development
  • Mentor and guide project and program managers across the organization.
  • Drive adoption of consistent program management practices, tools, and reporting standards.
  • Contribute to organizational capability building through coaching, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of program or portfolio management experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale programs with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
  • Strong execution focus, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes and managing complex dependencies.
  • Experience in matrixed environments and a deep understanding of stakeholder management.
  • Skilled in reporting, data-driven storytelling, and presenting to senior/executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications: PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Cloud (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner).
  • Experience in insurance, P&C, reinsurance, or global specialty markets is a plus—but not required.
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices, Agile frameworks, and cloud-native platforms.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by various factors including experience, skills, and organizational requirements. The estimated salary range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.

Full-time employees are eligible for DXC’s benefits program, which includes health, dental, vision insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, and paid time off.
