Job summary

Stepful is hiring a Senior Manager, Instructor Community & Excellence to own teaching excellence and instructor experience across our entry-level healthcare certificate programs in a hybrid NYC environment. You’ll build systems, coaching workflows, and self-serve tools that help instructors measure and improve classroom impact.

You will lead a small but high-impact team and collaborate with Curriculum, Learning, and Product teams to translate curriculum into effective instruction across cohorts,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional quality, curriculum, or education operations.
• Experience managing a large team or network of contractors / adjunct teams.
• Background as a teacher, so you speak the language our instructors understand.

Responsibilities

• Define what great instruction looks like across entry level programs and build coaching rubrics.
• Build a thriving instructor community with spaces to connect and share best practices.
• Develop self-serve tools and dashboards for real-time classroom impact visibility.
• Run recognition programs and feedback loops to motivate instructors.
