Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in business analytics, data visualization, or strategic insights.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business narratives.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Comfort working with data teams; coding not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead dashboards and visualizations surfacing key metrics.
• Translate data into actionable insights and storytelling.
• Partner with business units to support strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Present guest-centric activation results to marketing, merchandising, operations.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to define data requirements.
• Champion data-driven decision-making.
• Develop Power BI reports and taxonomies for guest plays.
• Coordinate with pricing and eComm teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
