You will enable business partners with actionable insights, champion data literacy, and collaborate with analytics teams to align solutions with Kohl’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead data and analytics strategies across cross-functional balance teams.
• Guide engineers and managers to promote data literacy.
• Enable cross-functional teams to identify problems and analysis opportunities before experiments.
• Analyze complex data sources to determine value for given problems.
• Acquire and clean structured and unstructured data from disparate sources.
• Create visualizations to explore data and translate insights into actions.
• Expand knowledge and improve usability of the enterprise data platform.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to align solutions with company strategy.
• Oversee coaching and development of associates across teams.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
