Job summary

Gardner White Furniture & Mattress seeks a Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics to lead the data team and shape what the business measures. You will own the data roadmap, lead weekly business reviews, and work with department leaders to define and track KPIs, while hands-on in analysis and code.

The role partners with the VP of Insights & Analytics and CTO to set reporting standards and metric definitions across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years in analytics, data science, or business intelligence with leadership experience.
• Advanced SQL and strong proficiency in R or Python; R preferred due to analytics estate in R.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics team; set standards for analysis, reporting, code review, and documentation.
• Own data and reporting roadmap; drive SAP BD Cloud migration and forward architecture.
• Build predictive models and designed experiments with executive-ready insights.
• Own weekly business review end-to-end; define KPIs with department leaders.
• Oversee health of analytics pipeline; document pipelines, models, and definitions.
