Qualifications

• This role requires a BS with analytics focus and 5+ years leading analytics or BI teams.
• Strong SQL, and proficiency in R or Python; experience with predictive modeling and experiments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to define metrics and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the analytics team; set standards for analysis and reporting.
• Own intake and prioritization of data/ reporting requests and ensure reliability.
• Develop data and reporting roadmap; oversee SAP Cloud migration and self-service expansion.
• Build predictive models and experiments; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Run weekly business reviews; define KPIs and align reporting structures across departments.
• Oversee data platform health and data pipeline maintenance and enhancements.
