Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in business analytics, data visualization, or strategic insights roles.
• Proven ability to translate data into business narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with senior leadership experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
• Familiarity with basic data concepts and analytical modeling; coding not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of dashboards and visualizations surfacing key metrics and trends.
• Translate data into actionable insights through storytelling and presentations.
• Partner with business units to understand goals and deliver analytics that support strategy.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement using data-driven analysis.
• Serve as a thought leader in data interpretation across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with technical analytics teams to translate business needs into data requirements.
• Champion a data-driven decision-making culture.
• Develop taxonomies for 'guest plays' to provide a foundation for analytics and Power BI reports.
• Partner with other functions (pricing, eComm) to resolve issues/concerns.
• Present guest-centric activation results to marketing, merchandising, and operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
