Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior Manager of Insider Risk and Digital Forensics for an onsite role across Huntington corporate offices. The person will lead the Insider Threat Program, guiding investigations and leveraging AI-enabled analytics to identify, detect, and mitigate insider threats while protecting people, data, and assets.

Qualifications

4+ years leading insider risk, DLP, cyber investigations, or threat management programs.
2+ years with SIEM, UEBA, DLP, case management, and investigative technologies.
2+ years leading teams and managing complex, high-impact investigations.
Associate's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction, maturity, and execution of the enterprise Insider Threat Program.
Oversee investigations, remediation, and closure of insider risk and digital forensics cases.
Design and enhance insider risk detection using SIEM, UEBA, DLP, threat intel, and AI analytics.
Coordinate with HR, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Technology for risk management outcomes.
Develop and maintain policies, standards, and playbooks for insider risk controls.
