Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Detroit is seeking a Senior Manager of Insider Risk and Digital Forensics to lead the enterprise Insider Threat Program. You will partner with Cybersecurity, HR, Legal, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to mature and execute intelligence-driven insider risk capabilities.

You will oversee investigations, design detection analytics using SIEM, UEBA, DLP, and threat intel, and drive program governance, reporting, and executive communication to mitigate insider

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading insider risk, DLP, cyber investigations, or threat management programs.
• 2+ years with SIEM, UEBA, DLP, case management, and investigative technologies.
• 2+ years leading teams and complex investigations.
• Associate's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Insider Threat Program strategy, maturity, and execution.
• Develop multi-year insider risk roadmaps, governance structures, and metrics.
• Oversee investigations, remediation, and closure of insider risk and digital forensics cases.
• Design and enhance detection capabilities using SIEM, UEBA, DLP, and threat intel.
• Drive AI-enabled monitoring and analytics for insider threats.
• Ensure governance, risk, and compliance aligned with frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across HR, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Risk, and Technology.
