Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Protection to lead enterprise data protection strategy, governance and incident response across on-premises, cloud, SaaS, and endpoints. You will partner with Legal, Privacy, Risk, HR, Technology and business stakeholders to mature capabilities that protect customer, employee and corporate data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years leading Data Protection and/or Data Privacy programs.
• 2+ years leading privacy event response and notification activities.
• Deep experience implementing and managing enterprise Data Protection solutions and controls.
• Experience with DLP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute enterprise Data Protection strategy, roadmap and governance.
• Lead programs protecting sensitive information across full data lifecycle.
• Establish policies, standards and procedures for secure data handling and compliance.
• Drive adoption of data protection technologies, controls and best practices.
• Provide strategic direction for Data Protection and Privacy Operations.
• Lead data classification, labeling, discovery and data loss prevention initiatives.
• Develop monitoring, detection, investigation and response capabilities.
