Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior Manager of Insider Risk and Digital Forensics for an onsite role at our Columbus corporate offices. You will lead the enterprise insider threat program, shape long-term roadmaps, and guide cross-functional investigations with HR, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities include building AI-driven detection capabilities, refining analytics, and presenting executive risk assessments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading insider risk, DLP, cyber investigations, or threat management programs.
• 2+ years with SIEM, UEBA, DLP, case management, and investigative technologies.
• 2+ years leading teams and managing complex investigations.
• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, maturity, and execution of the enterprise Insider Threat Program.
• Develop multi-year insider risk roadmaps, governance structures, and metrics.
• Oversee investigations, remediation, and closure of insider risk and digital forensics cases.
• Coordinate response with HR, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Design detection capabilities using SIEM, UEBA, DLP, and threat intelligence.
• Translate findings into executive-grade risk narratives for leadership.
