Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager to lead Insider Risk and Digital Forensics. You will drive the enterprise Insider Threat Program, partner with Cybersecurity, HR, Legal, Privacy, and Risk teams, and advance analytics-driven detection and investigations.

You will oversee investigations, leverage AI/analytics, and report strategic risk to executives, while aligning with governance and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading insider risk, DLP, cyber investigations, or threat management programs.
• 2+ years experience with SIEM, UEBA, DLP, case management, and investigative technologies.
• 2+ years leading teams and managing complex investigations.
• Associate's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and execution of enterprise Insider Threat Program.
• Develop insider risk roadmaps, operating models, governance, and metrics.
• Oversee investigations, remediation, and closure of insider risk cases.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Design and enhance detection capabilities using SIEM, UEBA, DLP, and threat intel.
• Lead governance, risk, and compliance activities for insider risk controls.
