Arup, a leading global design and engineering firm, seeks a Senior Manager to join its Financial Advisory practice in the US. You will lead engagements on procurement, structuring, and financing of infrastructure projects across transportation, energy, water, SIT, and social sectors.

You will oversee model development, risk assessment, and value-for-money analysis, coordinating with clients and internal experts to drive successful delivery from planning to financial close.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance.
• 8+ years of relevant financial advisory and project management experience for infrastructure projects.
• Passionate about infrastructure project delivery, project financing, and delivering impactful infrastructure projects.
• Track-record of leading and managing successful teams across multiple engagements.
• Specific sector knowledge in project finance, financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and risk management.
• Knowledge of the commercial and procurement aspects of public-private partnerships (P3) and project financing transactions.
• Excellent commercial, organizational, presentation, and writing skills are required.
• Advanced capability with Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint are required.
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally.

• Lead the development and management of client engagements in infrastructure finance.
• Coordinate with clients, sponsors, lenders, and advisors across multiple engagements.
• Develop procurement strategies and documentation (RFI/RFP/RFQ/ PDA) for project delivery.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams and advise on risk, governance, and organization.
• Perform financial analysis, build models, and conduct value for money assessments.
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings, presentations, and workshops.
• Deliver quality results while managing multiple engagements.
• Mentor mid-level staff and support career development.
• Identify opportunities and lead proposal efforts for future work.
• Develop and maintain client networks and relationships.
