Job summary

GHD Advisory seeks an executive leader in Water Economics & Infrastructure Investment Strategy to drive advisory services for municipal utilities in the U.S. You’ll link water economics with private capital, shaping funding strategies and delivery models.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, engage executive-level clients, and expand the firm's capabilities in P3/PPP arrangements and international best practices for U.S. markets.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in water and wastewater utility economics and finance.
• Proven ability to structure or facilitate P3/PPP transactions.
• Experience advising municipal utilities and private investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow water sector financial advisory and investment capabilities.
• Advise utilities on capital investment, funding strategies, and project delivery.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams across advisory, engineering and digital groups.
• Drive business development and client engagement with utilities and investors.
