You will provide senior-level leadership across Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations, Security, Risk, and business teams to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading technology product management across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps and outcomes.
• Experience with budgets, KPIs, risks, and timelines in large programs.
• Knowledge of enterprise data platforms, security, governance, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmap development and execution for Infrastructure and Ops technology products.
• Coach and develop Product Managers and staff; set performance expectations and succession plans.
• Establish product operating rhythms: intake, prioritization, planning, and analytics.
• Align platform investments with business priorities and architecture standards.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Own delivery and outcomes for product initiatives, including scope, schedule, and quality.
