Job summary

Uplight is hiring a Manager, Industry Solutions to lead a fast-paced team delivering end-to-end pre-sales and contracting deliverables that meet client outcomes. You will recruit, mentor, and coach a talented group while collaborating across Sales, Implementation, Account Management, and Product teams to ensure successful solutions.

You will drive functional performance, process improvements, and accountability for results, communicating outcomes to senior leadership and guiding solution designs

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing priorities and make impactful decisions quickly.
• Ability to build and leverage partnerships to drive departmental goals and targets.
• Strong organizational skills with effective delegation in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Industry Solutions team, including recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Oversee all technical pre-sales work and contracting deliverables (RFx/SOWs) to meet client outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Account Management, and Product teams to deliver client solutions.
• Track, measure, and evaluate team performance against departmental goals and metrics.
• Provide guidance on solution designs and unblock the team during pre-sales activities.
• Drive improvements through departmental strategic initiatives and cross-functional coordination.
