Job summary

Uplight seeks a Manager of Industry Solutions to lead a high-performing team responsible for pre-sales work and contracting deliverables that meet client outcomes. You will recruit, mentor, and coach staff while coordinating with Sales, Implementation, Account Management, and Product teams to drive measurable results.

You will balance strategic process improvements with hands-on problem-solving, ensuring RFx and SOW quality and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience leading high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of the Industry Solutions team.
• Coach, develop, and grow team members to achieve successful outcomes.
• Track, measure, and evaluate performance of the team to departmental goals.
• Drive team's performance to achieve timely, high-quality RFx and SOWs for client outcomes.
• Provide accountability for results, speaking to performance to senior leadership.
• Raise ideas to leadership using thoughtful, collaborative methods.
• Drive improvements through departmental strategic initiatives.
• Provide guidance on solution designs and help unblock pre-sales activities.
