Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in HVAC or IPHC system design, planning, procurement, sales and/or maintenance.
• Industrial experience is highly desirable.
• The ideal candidate will be highly team-oriented who provides bold thinking to stimulate a curious and energetic approach to strategy development and execution at Trane.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, navigating complex organizational structures.
• Strong analytical horsepower and overall business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Growth strategy development and execution for industrial IPHC markets.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics: MOR, LRP, AOP.
• Use data analytics to identify market trends, market attractiveness and customer needs.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales leadership and engineering to align strategy.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to drive growth in industrial markets.
