Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in HVAC or IPHC system design, planning, procurement, sales and/or maintenance.
• Industrial experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and execute industrial process heating and cooling growth strategies.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics: MOR, LRP, AOP.
• Utilize data analytics to identify market trends, market attractiveness, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Identify and assess partnerships that bring in new business or create synergies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape integrated IPHC solutions for industrial customers.
