Responsibilities

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for laser displacement and high-precision sensing in industrial automation.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with OEMs and integrators.
Lead business development to expand presence in manufacturing, robotics, and automation sectors.
Drive sales of new products to large-scale commercial orders.
Shape product positioning and messaging to communicate value prop in precision measurement and automation.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define customer needs and roadmaps.
Represent at industry conferences and trade shows to position the company as a leader.
Secure and develop customer relationships from pilots to production.
