Job summary

AssistRx is seeking a Manager, Implementation Analyst to lead a team of Implementation Analysts through client discovery, program design, and configuration guidance. You will coach, balance workload, manage performance, and ensure scalable, high-quality design work aligned with approved scope and product standards.

This role collaborates with Implementation Managers, Product, Operations, and Technology to keep deployments on track from discovery to go-live, while escalating out-of-scope requests

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client-facing implementation, consulting, or program design.
• Prior people leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare technology, hub services, or regulated environments is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of implementation lifecycle, discovery, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Analysts for client discovery and program design.
• Oversee consultant workload, priorities, and client assignments; provide implementation support.
• Ensure use of standardized templates and documentation; review design for accuracy and scalability.
• Escalate out-of-scope requests and partner with Product to address gaps and enhancements.
• Participate in client status calls and governance meetings to manage risk and delivery readiness.
