The Senior Manager II, Operations Finance, PDS Finance , serves as a strategic Finance business partner, leading Operations Finance activities across manufacturing sites and External Manufacturing within BMS's Hyderabad Hub. The role drives financial performance, process transformation, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver business outcomes.

A minimum of 12-14 years of progressive experience in Manufacturing Finance is required, including at least 4 years in a leadership role. The position is based in BMS's Hyderabad Hub (50% in-office) with minimal travel required.

Operations FP&A activities
- Provide strategic oversight of month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across Manufacturing Operations.
- Drive monthly and quarterly financial reporting, providing executive insights on manufacturing performance, cost trends, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead oversight of manufacturing variance analysis across sites and external manufacturing partners, driving insights on PPV, efficiency, usage, volume, and spend variances to improve operational and financial performance.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities aligned with Manufacturing Operations objectives.
- Lead inventory reserve governance across manufacturing sites and external manufacturing partners, driving accuracy, process improvements, and strategic insights
- Drive SOX governance and audit readiness across manufacturing sites and external manufacturing partners, strengthening controls, compliance, and process improvements.
- Drive standard cost governance through BOM and routing reviews across manufacturing sites and external manufacturing partners, ensuring cost accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Serve as a strategic Finance business partner to senior stakeholders, translating business drivers and operational priorities into actionable insights.
