This role includes leading monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while collaborating with executives and other departments to drive strategic decision-making.

A leading global manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Global FP&A Manager to partner with executive leadership and drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across an international business segment.

This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to collaborate with leaders across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and R&D while leading global budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis for a global business unit
• Develop executive dashboards and performance metrics that drive strategic decision-making
• Partner with business leaders to improve profitability through financial analysis and actionable insights
• Manage the annual budget process and long-range strategic planning across multiple regions
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and FP&A transformation projects
• Support global consolidation activities, special projects, and M&A integration efforts
• Serve as a finance business partner to operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial leadership
• Champion data analytics and reporting enhancements using modern BI and automation tools

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA and/or MBA preferred)
• 15+ years of progressive Accounting and Finance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in FP&A, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial analysis
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive reporting
• SAP experience strongly preferred
• Proven project leadership skills with the ability to influence change across a global organization
• Strong analytical mindset and experience driving process improvements and automation initiatives
