Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reports/Analysis/Prod to lead data-driven reporting for the Invoice to Cash organization across Raynham, Raritan, and West Chester.

You will drive dashboards, analytics, and production reporting to support operational and financial performance during a period of transformation. Qualifications include 8–10 years in reporting/finance operations, strong leadership, and proficiency with BI tools and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Required: 8–10 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, finance operations, or related functions with leadership responsibility.
• Strong experience developing and managing complex reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
• Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad-hoc reporting and analytics for I2C and related processes.
• Translate data into executive-ready dashboards for strategic decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT to align data definitions and reporting standards.
• Oversee production reporting to ensure data accuracy and timeliness across systems and geographies.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in I2C metrics.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts and reporting professionals.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support system enhancements, automation, and analytics transformation with Digital/Tech teams.
