The role leads data-driven reporting and analytics across the Invoice to Cash (I2C) space, partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to deliver actionable insights and executive-ready dashboards. As a key leader, you will guide a team of analysts, drive continuous improvement, and ensure data governance and regulatory compliance while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, MS, or equivalent).
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, finance operations, or related functions with demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad-hoc reporting and analytics.
• Translate complex operational and financial data into executive-ready dashboards for decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, IT) to align data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards.
• Oversee production reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within I2C performance metrics.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts and reporting professionals.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support system enhancements, automation, and analytics transformation in partnership with digital and technology teams.
