Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reports/Analysis/Prod for the Invoice to Cash organization, overseeing reporting and analytics across regions.

You will lead a team of analysts, partner with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Commercial teams to deliver data-driven insights and dashboards that enable informed decisions during a period of transformation. The role offers exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives and the chance to shape reporting strategy as DePuy Synthes undergoes separation

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, finance operations or related functions.
• Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of I2C/order-to-cash processes and enterprise data architectures.
• Advanced proficiency with reporting and analytics tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad-hoc reporting and analytics for I2C.
• Translate data into executive-ready dashboards for strategic decision-making.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and IT to align data definitions and metrics.
• Oversee production reporting for accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across geographies.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends and risks in I2C metrics.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts, fostering high performance and inclusivity.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support system enhancements and analytics transformation with digital/technology teams.
