Filene Research Institute seeks a Sr. Manager, Events & Experiences to lead end-to-end planning for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.

You will translate research and strategic priorities into engaging experiences for members and prospects, working across the portfolio to ensure consistency and impact. You will manage budgets, vendors, and production, collaborate with Marketing, Membership, and program owners, and travel up to 40% to support events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in event management or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in event management or related fields.
• Experience managing complex events from concept through evaluation.
• Experience with budgets, vendors, contracts, timelines, and production.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with executives, speakers, sponsors, and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for Filene events, with timelines, budgets, staffing, and run-of-show documents.
• Source, negotiate with venues, production partners, and other vendors.
• Coordinate with speakers, internal teams, and sponsors to align responsibilities and timelines.
• Lead onsite execution and coordinate with partners to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Develop event communication strategies and manage attendee communications.
