Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate meeting, conference, or event planning experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and delivery of conferences and events, translating objectives into plans.
• Lead strategic, creative, operational, and logistical components of programs.
• Build relationships with senior leaders, business partners, and vendors; run cross-functional sessions.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and contingency plans.
• Forecast, manage, and reconcile conference expenses and sponsor revenue while balancing premium delivery.
• Define, track, and communicate success measures (participation, feedback, ROI).
• Use data and feedback to identify root causes and elevate attendee experience.
• Evaluate new ideas and tools to innovate while protecting client experience.
• Lead projects beyond assigned conferences and mentor staff.
• Coach and develop team members; delegate with accountability.
