Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director of HR Operations to join a growing biotech company in Cambridge, MA. The role is hybrid with onsite presence four days per week.

• Comfortable working in a lean, high-growth organization where flexibility and a hands-on approach are essential.

Our client, a growing clinical-stage biotechnology company with approximately 100 employees is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director of HR Operations to serve as the right-hand partner to their Head of HR in a highly visible, hands-on role.

Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of HR in a fast-paced biotech environment
• Lead HR operations, including benefits administration, HRIS management, reporting, compliance, and process improvement
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve efficiency
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
