Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry experience required.
• Strong HR generalist background with expertise in HR operations and benefits.
• Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding.
• Comfortable working in a lean, high-growth organization where flexibility and a hands-on approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of HR in a fast-paced biotech environment.
• Lead HR operations, including benefits administration, HRIS management, reporting, compliance, and process improvement.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers across a variety of HR matters.
• Partner with leadership on organizational growth, people initiatives, and day-to-day HR support.
