Job summary

Lead the community team, coordinate with development leadership, and drive process improvements to minimize risk and maximize project delivery. Requires 6–8 years of relevant experience and a university degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Requires deep knowledge of land development and HOA processes.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience; degree or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License; driving is an essential function.
• General Contractor’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Land Development Managers and VPs on design plans for new development and amenities.
• Oversee and manage DRE and HOA document preparation, filing, execution and distribution.
• Manage public disclosures/real estate reports to support sales and reduce risk.
• Direct HOA management companies and associated budgets.
• Lead the community team in managing HOA boards and Architectural Committee decisions.
• Oversee community turnover processes and claim resolution for construction defects.
