• Translate HIT strategy into operating plans, investments and resource priorities.

• Oversee an integrated portfolio across packaging, substrates, optics, interconnects and manufacturing readiness.
• Own financial planning, forecasting, budgets and headcount.
• Lead the Program Management organization and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards for technology, financial, workforce and operations.
