CVS Health (Aetna) seeks a Senior Manager, Healthcare Vendor Data Quality Lead to drive advanced analytics, dashboards, and KPI-driven vendor oversight. You will manage vendor data, onboarding, and reporting processes while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to optimize performance and data quality.

The role emphasizes healthcare-domain expertise, data storytelling for leadership, and guiding complex vendor-related initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare vendor relations, project management or reporting experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Medicare or Medicaid.
• 3+ years' experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience analyzing and synthesizing financial data and identifying trends, seasonality patterns and outliers.
• Experience translating complex analyses into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prior experience in Medicare or Medicaid data analysis and vendor management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience in data management, product management, or vendor management.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for vendor data and vendor processes to collect vendor data specific to Members' benefits.
• Set up/onboard new vendors on the vendor database to provide required monthly reporting.
• Set up procedures, technologies, and benchmarks to track data quality and identify potential issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and develop vendor scorecards.
• Monitor open commitments and follow up with vendors for audits, reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Provide insight into complex vendor problems and drive resolution.
• Exercise substantial latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
