The role oversees vendor data quality, establishes KPIs, and partners with stakeholders across the organization to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decisions in healthcare services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare vendor relations, project management or reporting experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Medicare or Medicaid.
• 3+ years’ experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience translating complex analyses into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for vendor data and vendor processes for Members' benefits.
• Onboard new vendors and provide monthly reporting.
• Set up benchmarks to track data quality, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Develop vendor scorecards focusing on financials, customer satisfaction, and growth.
• Monitor open commitments and follow up with vendors for audits, reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Provide insight into complex vendor problems and track to resolution.
• Exercise latitude in determining objectives and approaches.
