CVS Health, including Aetna, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Healthcare Vendor Data Quality. You will create advanced analytics tools and dashboards, oversee vendor SLAs and data management, and establish KPIs for vendor performance across the organization.

The role demands strong analytical skills, deep healthcare data experience, and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with vendors and internal stakeholders. This is a full-time on-site position based in Hartford, CT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare vendor relations, project management or reporting.
• 3+ years in Medicare or Medicaid.
• 3+ years’ experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience analyzing financial data and identifying trends.
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable leadership insights.
• Experience in Medicare/Medicaid data analysis and vendor management.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience in data management or vendor management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own vendor data and processes for member benefits.
• Onboard new vendors into the vendor database and monthly reporting.
• Set up procedures and benchmarks to track data quality.
• Develop vendor scorecards on KPIs for performance.
• Monitor open commitments, audits, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Provide insights into complex vendor problems and drive resolution.
• Exercise latitude and subject matter expertise to determine objectives.
