Walmart seeks a Senior Manager, Customer Growth Marketing Integration, to align Customer Growth priorities with Walmart Marketing. You will drive CRM journeys, media plans, and creative offers across a broad partner network to create a seamless customer experience at every journey stage.

High-level collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix organization are essential.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of integrated marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, paid and owned media, and campaign planning.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams across a complex organization.
Experience translating strategy into scalable execution while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Marketing partner for Customer Growth, translating priorities into integrated marketing plans.
Connect campaigns across CRM, lifecycle marketing, paid and owned media, creative, offers, and promotions.
Embed Customer Growth priorities into briefs, calendars, roadmaps, and planning forums.
Identify opportunities to improve alignment across campaigns and touchpoints.
Coordinate growth initiatives across cross-functional teams for launch readiness.
Translate insights into future marketing recommendations.
Build relationships to advance Customer Growth frameworks.
