Peregrine Health is scaling a proven managed services model for behavioral health inside FQHCs across the United States. The role focuses on translating deep market knowledge into tangible results by brokering key introductions and building rapport with prospects.

You will own market intelligence, partner mapping, and the CRM/pipeline to keep deals progressing, while driving outreach through conferences and partnerships to grow access nationwide.

• We are building the system to take our managed services model for behavioral health inside FQHCs to organizations across the country.
• This role turns deep market knowledge into results within a relationship-driven market, focusing on brokering key introductions and building rapport with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop market and ecosystem intelligence, including which conferences, networks, and third-party groups matter.
• Build and maintain the target universe with an Ideal Partner Profile, then map decision makers and warm introduction paths.
• Own the CRM, pipeline infrastructure, reporting, and conversion analytics to keep every deal moving.
• Run the introduction engine through conferences, speaking placements, partnerships, and repeatable outreach plays.

Qualifications:

• Direct and deep FQHC experience, with a national view of the health center market and key players.
• Fluency in the ecosystem around health centers and working knowledge of PPS economics and Medicaid managed care.
• Analytical structure to build market maps from scratch and defend prioritization decisions.
