Job summary

Big Health, a remote-first company focused on digital therapeutics, seeks an experienced healthcare account leader to own provider accounts post-launch and drive adoption. You will engage prescribers, train teams, and scale programs across health systems and practices, while tracking performance and expanding the portfolio.

You will collaborate with Sales, PECT, and Market Access to resolve issues and support reimbursement, and you will lead QBRs and executive updates with data-driven actions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare client success or account management with a focus on provider ordering.
• Understand provider billing and reimbursement, with credibility across clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Comfortable traveling 30-40% for onsite provider engagement and account reviews.
