Zusammenfassung

TD Bank is seeking a Group Risk Specialist to support the Committee & Council Governance (CCG) team within the Office of the Chief Risk Officer (OCRO). The role focuses on maintaining a strong governance framework for risk committees and councils, working with chairs, members, and stakeholders to align with mandates and regulatory expectations.

Qualifikationen

Undergraduate degree or technical certificate required; 7+ years relevant experience preferred.
Advanced knowledge of risk management governance, programs, policies, practices, operating frameworks & reporting.
Strong ability to mentor and coach; excellent written and verbal communication.

Leads development and/ or implementation of governance standards, policies, and processes to identify and mitigate risk exposures.
Proactively analyzes potential risks and ensures escalation to executive review with actionable findings.
Coordinates governance activities across committees and councils and maintains escalation pathways and regulatory alignment.
