Qualifikationen

• 7–10+ years of experience with relational database systems.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on database development.
• 2–4 years of experience leading technical teams or managing projects.
• Experience with on-premise to cloud migration and application modernization.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) and Oracle Database (SQL/PLSQL).
• Deep understanding of database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Experience defining and implementing migration strategies and architectural patterns.
