Job summary

CohnReznick seeks a Senior Manager to lead Deltek ERP Implementation within Government Contract Advisory. This remote role (with optional in-office presence) focuses on migrating databases from Microsoft SQL Server to Oracle in cloud-hosted environments, plus client engagement and team leadership.

The candidate will drive migration strategy, architecture, and delivery, with 7–10+ years in relational databases and 2–4 years in leadership, working across cloud platforms and API-driven integration.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years with relational database systems.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on database development.
• 2–4 years leading technical teams or projects.
• Experience with on-prem-to-cloud migrations and modernization.
• Strong SQL Server (T-SQL) and Oracle (SQL/PLSQL) expertise.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, security, connectivity, services.
• Experience with API-based integrations and microservices.
• Ability to review and guide complex technical implementations.
• Experience with data migration, validation, reconciliation.
