Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Deltek ERP Implementation team within Government Contract Advisory. This remote role supports a hybrid firm with occasional in-office requirements and focuses on implementing Deltek solutions for government contractors.

The ideal candidate will bring deep Deltek expertise across HCM, accounting/finance, and time and expense modules while collaborating with HR and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience as a Deltek Consultant focusing on HCM and Accounting/Finance implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Deltek Time and Expense functionalities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Deltek HCM solutions tailored to organizational needs.
• Provide expertise in Deltek Accounting and Finance modules to enhance financial reporting and compliance.
• Manage Deltek Time and Expense processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and finance to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on Deltek systems and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Deltek applications.
• Stay updated on Deltek product enhancements and industry trends.
