Blend 360 seeks a Senior Manager of People Enablement to own the design, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of a flagship development program and help build the broader People Development function. This is a unique opportunity to architect and lead one of Blend's most critical strategic People Operations functions.

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related disciplines.
• Experience in fast-paced technology, professional services, consulting, or other high-growth, fast-paced organizations.
• Proven track record designing and deploying learning and development programs for global organizations.

Mansioni

• Design, launch, and continuously improve Blend's flagship AI-first engineering development program.
• Create learning journeys that accelerate technical capability, consulting effectiveness, business acumen, people leadership and mentorship, and client readiness.
• Develop scalable frameworks that prepare employees and people leaders to succeed in rapidly evolving AI and technology environments.
• Partner with business leaders, technical experts, and delivery teams to align programs with current and future business needs.
• Create and curate engaging learning content, curriculum, assessments, and development experiences.
• Develop blended learning solutions incorporating instructor-led training, digital learning, coaching, cohort-based programs, and experiential learning.
• Build career development pathways and skills-based learning frameworks across key employee populations.
• Evaluate external learning resources, vendors, and technologies to enhance development offerings.
• Serve as the end-to-end owner of program strategy, implementation, governance, communications, and execution.
• Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring quality and stakeholder alignment.
• Establish scalable processes and operational rigor for global learning initiatives.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for all development initiatives.
• Analyze learning effectiveness, engagement, retention, promotion, performance, and business impact data.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve learning experiences and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with People Operations leadership to design onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and career growth programs.
• Help establish the infrastructure, processes, and philosophy for Talent & Organizational Development.
