Job summary

Flexport is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Protection & Loss Intelligence to lead security and loss prevention globally across offices, fulfillment centers, and partner sites. You will build analytics, policies, and cross-functional programs to protect people, assets, and operations, scaling as Flexport expands into new markets.

You will manage 50+ contracted security officers, oversee CCTV and access control, and collaborate with operations, facilities, and leadership to deploy security

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in a role combining physical security or loss prevention with data analytics, policy development, or program design.
• Demonstrated ability to manage security operations across multiple locations and geographies with hands-on experience with electronic security systems.
• Experience building and analyzing security and loss prevention metrics, translating incident data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Proven ability to author global policies, SOPs, security plans, and program documentation from scratch.
• Experience managing third-party guard services and security vendor contracts, and conducting investigations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams including HR, Legal, Operations, and Compliance.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify root causes and solve problems.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain security and loss prevention metrics, KPIs, and dashboards across facilities and regions.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends, loss patterns, root causes, and risks, and present actionable recommendations.
• Build reporting frameworks to support data-driven resource allocation and vendor performance evaluation.
• Provide regular analytical reports to senior management on security posture and program ROI.
• Author and enforce global security policies, SOPs, and site security plans across locations.
• Develop SOPs for key security scenarios and design site-level security plans for new facilities.
• Design and deliver training across physical security and loss prevention topics.
• Create audit frameworks and LP checklists for site leads to execute regularly.
• Oversee security programs across all facilities globally and manage expansion needs.
• Coordinate with vendors, security integrators, and NDAs for service providers.
• Support crisis management with real-time threat assessments and emergency response coordination.
• Collaborate with HSE, HR, Legal, and Compliance on security matters.
• Drive loss prevention strategies and investigations for cargo theft, employee theft, and violations.
• Review CCTV evidence and support investigations and legal proceedings.
• Manage and evaluate third-party guard services and vendor performance.
• Travel as needed to support security program rollout and site assessments.
