Flexport is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Protection & Loss Intelligence to lead security and loss prevention across our global footprint. You will drive data-driven security programs, oversee a 50+ officer team, and partner with operations, facilities, legal, and HR to protect people, assets, and operations.

You will build analytics, policies, and SOPs while scaling security as we expand into new markets.

Formación

8+ years of progressive experience combining physical security or loss prevention with analytics or policy development.
Experience managing security operations across multiple locations and geographies with electronic security systems.
Proven ability to build and analyze security metrics and report to executives.
Experience authoring global policies, SOPs, and program documentation from scratch.
Experience managing third-party security vendors and conducting complex investigations.

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain security metrics, KPIs, and dashboards for all facilities and regions.
Analyze incident data to identify trends, loss patterns, root causes, and risks.
Build reporting frameworks to support resource allocation and vendor performance.
Provide regular analytical reports to senior management on security posture and ROI.
Coordinate global security policies and SOPs with local regulatory requirements.
Create site-level security plans for new and existing facilities and risk profiles.
