Job summary

Flexport is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Protection & Loss Intelligence to lead security and loss prevention globally. You will manage 50+ contracted officers, oversee CCTV/access control, and drive a data-driven security program across offices, warehouses, and partners worldwide.

You will partner with operations, facilities, and leadership to scale security programs for new markets, balancing risk with rapid growth and compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building metrics programs, policies, and data-driven security strategy.
• Experience managing security ops across multiple locations with CCTV and access control.
• Strong ability to turn incident data into executive-level insights and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain security metrics, KPIs, and dashboards for all facilities.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and risks, advising leadership.
• Publish global security policies and SOPs; oversee security programs and vendor relationships.
