Job summary

Flexport is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Protection & Loss Intelligence to lead security and loss prevention across its global footprint. You will guide policy formation, oversee 50+ security officers, and drive proactive, data‑driven security initiatives across offices, fulfillment centers, and partner sites.

Qualifications

• Experience building metrics and policies to guide security strategy.
• Experience managing security operations across multiple sites.
• Ability to translate incident data into executive reporting.
• Proven track record with third‑party security vendors and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain security and loss prevention metrics, KPIs, and dashboards across facilities and regions.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and root causes, translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Build reporting frameworks to support data‑driven resource allocation and vendor evaluation.
• Provide regular analytical reports to senior management on security posture and program ROI.
• Authorize, maintain, and enforce global security policies and SOPs across all Flexport locations.
